As Senior Director for White Lake Partners, Alyssa oversees all research operations and executes tailored recruiting programs and candidate development on select assignments. This includes the development of research strategies, name generation, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation and assessment across executive and mid management level assignments for the firm.  During her ten plus year tenure at White Lake Partners, Alyssa has been focused in the manufacturing industry responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent at the C-level, Divisional President and functional Vice President positions. 

 

Prior to joining White Lake Partners, Alyssa served as a Research Associate with BBI International where she provided technical research assistance, technical writing, and analyzed feasibility studies for the ethanol industry.

She also has held research roles with both Pike Research and Evenson Associates developing primary and secondary research for market analysts and industry reports for the clean energy industry. She was instrumental in developing one of the first clean technology directories in the state of Colorado, and managed multiple technical projects across wind, solar, and hybrid vehicles.

 

Alyssa earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Minor in Business Administration. Alyssa and her family live in the greater Boulder area and can often be found hiking with their dog, Mack.
