White Lake Partners is searching for an Engineering Leader for a private equity backed manufacturer of commercial refrigeration products. This individual will lead new product development and sustaining engineering for the organization. He/she will have expert understanding of how to successfully lead new product development through innovation, improve existing processes and drive superior engineering practices across the business. In addition to 15+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will be a proven leader with strong business acumen and an undergraduate engineering degree coupled with either a Master of Engineering and/or M.B.A. This role will be based in the Southern region of the United States.
