The Senior Manager, Operations will lead the Operations teams across multiples sites, setting the strategy and driving alignment within the operations programs for North America. In partnership with the team, this individual will be responsible for all manufacturing processes, corporate policies compliance, procedures and initiatives, as well as meet and exceed safety, quality, production targets and strategic initiatives for the business with a focus on Operational Excellence and achievement of KPIs. The appointed Senior Manager, Operations brings more than 10 years of combined military and professional experience in leadership positions, managing operations in high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environments. He earned his B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is a former Infantry Officer in the United States Army.
