Our rigorous process allows us to present a slate of finalist candidates within 45 days.

NEXT LEVEL SEARCH

Offering the same high-touch, consultative approach as our executive level service, White Lake Partners also manages search assignments at the mid-management tier. This includes searches for Directors, Managers, and critical individual contributor roles.

 

Searches follow a detailed process that mimics the executive offering, and candidate assessment is heavily focused on functional aptitude. A suite of deliverables are provided throughout the course of the search to keep you informed of the project status, and a dedicated search consultant personally manages the complete engagement.
