Esmina is responsible for executing tailored recruiting programs and candidate development on executive and mid-management level assignments. With a specialty in manufacturing, renewable energy, and industrial markets, Esmina has recruited across all levels of client organizations and brings more than twenty years of search experience to her role.

Her background includes the successful completion of CEO and General Manager assignments, as well as functional Vice Presidents across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, and Construction. She has also managed numerous assignments at the Director and Manager levels.

Previously, Esmina served as a Vice President with RSMR Global Resources, Inc., a boutique search firm focused on the renewable energy, financial services, A/E/C, and capital equipment manufacturing industries. She was responsible for the complete search life cycle and managed research, marketing, and recruiting to provide the highest-level service to her clients.

Esmina began her career in the executive search with Cook Associates, Inc. During her tenure, she built a significant recruiting and staffing organization that operated across the firm’s key practices including consumer, chemical, industrial, manufacturing, and professional services. As Director of the Corporate Research Group within Cook Associates, Esmina managed a team of account managers and research professionals that delivered a high-touch, customizable name generation and recruiting service. She developed and deployed the firm’s first Diversity hiring initiative with Fortune 500 clients.

She received her B.A. in English from Loyola University. Originally from Montenegro, Esmina is fluent in Serbo-Croatian. Esmina and her family reside in Chicago, IL.
